Good Afternoon Coaches,

A few updates regarding this Friday's meet:

Due to possible inclement weather, we will do our best to start the meet as close to 5:00pm as possible. We will begin the field events as soon as all athletes are present, and my goal is to get those events completed early if we can.

For Shot Put, we will be deviating from the heat sheet order to ensure all athletes get their attempts. This means that once your athlete is ready, they can check in for Shot Put and start throwing during their gender's turn.

We are also planning to streamline the meet schedule with a goal of finishing by 9:00pm, keeping both athlete welfare and weather conditions in mind. All field events will have two attempts to maintain a steady pace.

In light of weather considerations, we are opening up to 8 entries per event per team, but please be mindful this should only apply to athletes you need to get in without delaying the meet's timeline.

We will follow a traditional schedule, but some events will be cut or condensed as follows:

Track Events:

1. 4 X 100 G/B
2. 4 X 800 G/B
3. 100 M G/B
4. 1600 G/B
5. 400M G/B
6. 400H G/B
7. 800 G/B
8. Sprint Medley (Only if time allows)

Field Events:

1. Girls Shot / Boys Disc
2. Girls Disc / Boys Shot
3. Javelin G/B

Jumps:

1. Girls Long / Boys High
2. Girls High / Boys Long
3. Pole Vault (Will start at 5:00pm)
