4A Cross Country Finals champion Rafaella Gibbons extended her postseason with a sixth place finish at NXN Southeast and a trip to Nike Nationals this weekend in Portland. Gibbons, a freshman at Winter Park finished the WakeMed Sports Complex in a new personal best time of 17:39.40. We caught up with Raffy at her intense workout on Monday. If her performance then was any indication of how she will perform at NXN she is definitely ready. Check out the workout, the impressive times she hit, as well as interviews with her and coach Kristin McWilliams.
