The Desert Vista girls and the American Fork boys remain at the top of the SW rankings but a lot has shifted in the past month.
The last couple weeks of meets have altered the outlook of our panel a little.
Here is a first look at the new Nike/Twilight course.
A couple of big meets over the two weeks have produced some important shifts in the regional rankings.
With meets having started now in every state except Arizona, the rankings have begun to shuffle a little.
