JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Defending NCAA champion and Bowerman Award candidate Kimberlyn Duncan set the track on fire in Saturday's finale at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds as she crushed her own low-altitude collegiate record in the 200-meter dash to lead 12 semifinal qualifiers on the final day of competition at Hodges Stadium at the University of North Florida.

JACKSONVILLE, FL – David Rooney became the third McNeese State athlete to qualify for the 2012 NCAA track and field championship when he finished third in his heat in the 5,000 meter run at the east regional's on Saturday.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Junior Daniel Mutai ran to an 11th-place finish in the men's 10,000-meter run Thursday evening to lead the ULM track & field team on day one of the NCAA East Preliminary at Hodges Stadium on the campus of the North Florida University. The finish advances Mutai to next week's NCAA Championships in Des Moines, Iowa.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Senior Ana Ruzevic earned her third straight trip to the NCAA National meet with an eighth place showing in the javelin and a pair of her Green Wave classmates saw their careers on the track come to an end.
