Highlights
- Mary Cain electrified the Armory with a huge last 200m to finish 3rd in the Elite Mile with a National Record time of 4:32.78!! The time was 6 seconds faster than the 4:38.5 by Debbie Heald from 1972! Her time was so fast it was even better than the outdoor record of 4:35.24 by Polly Plumer from 1982! Mary Cain also took down the indoor 1500m National Record enroute with a time of 4:16.11!!
- Benjamin Cardozo (NY) won the girls SMR with a US#3 All-Time clocking of 3:54.72. Sabrina Southerland anchored the squad with a blazing 2:06.06 800m leg!!
- Edward Cheserek (NJ) won the boys invitational mile with a time of 4:10.92. Cheserek pulled away late to a dominating win with a 2:00.9 last 800 meters! Jack Huemmler (Strath Haven) was 2nd in 4:16.22 and Bryce Kelley (Chariho) was 3rd in 4:16.59 as both earn Millrose berths.
- Kristiane Width won the Invite girls mile in 4:58.40 for a Millrose berth over Sara Sargent (Pennsbury) who was 2nd in 4:58.75 and also earned a berth. Third went to Regan Ward (Beggs) in 4:58.99, who travelled all the way from Oklahoma and earned a Millrose berth.
- Olivia Baker (Columbia) won the 400m dash in 55.02 with soph Emma Gallagher (Garden City) 2nd in 55.31.
- Ayo Obadare (Elmont) won the boys 400m dash in a time of 48.88.
- Garden City (NY) smoked the track, winning the girls 4x800m relay with a US#1 time of 9:10.18.
- Medgar Evers (NY) girls set a new US#1 time in the 4x200m relay, leading the whole way to clock 1:38.90.
- Union Catholic won the boys SMR with a time of 3:32.77.
- Mount St. Michael (NY) won the boys 4x200m relay with a quick time of 1:30.26.
- Mendham (NY) won the girls DMR over Arlington (NY) with both teams timed in 12:08!
- Arlington (NY) won the boys DMR with a fast time of 10:21.9 with a great anchor leg from Sibby Hanson.
- Christian Alvarado (Fairfield Prep CT) won the 1 Mile Steeplechase in an impressive 4:39.68 and Keelin Hollowood (Saratoga Springs) won the girls race in 5:23.01.
- Cidae'a Woods (Winslow) leapt out to 19-07.75 for the long jump, a US#3 performance.

- Mike O'Donnell (Methuen) rolled to a US#1 and tied for US#20 all-time mark of 2:27.22!
- Nolan Parsley (Weymouth) won the 3200m run with a quick 9:23.13.
Girls Highlights
- Catarina Rocha (Peabody) rolled in the Mile run with a 13s victory in a quick 4:50.39 clocking.
- Bryanna Allison (Lowell) rolled in the 1000m run with a quick 2:55.16 clocking, leading two others under 3:00 with Karina Shepherd (Dracut) and Maya Halprin-adams (Cambridge) at 2:57.37 and 2:57.54.
- Narragansett won a tight 4x800m relay over Newtown 9:30.05 to 9:31.33.

- The boys 55m dash was lightning fast with Antonio James (Buckholz) burst onto the scene with a blazing US#1 time of 6.28. Levonte Whitfield (Jones) was also blazing as he went US#2 6.32 for 2nd. Not to be outdone Trayvon Bromell was 3rd with a US#3 clocking of 6.33.
- Kendall Williams won the boys 200m dash with a US#2 clocking of 21.62 and Ceolamar Ways was 2nd at US#2 21.63!
- Kali Davis-White (Boyd Anderson) won the girls won the girls 55H with a US#4 7.04 and the 200m dash with a US#4 24.52.
- Erin Ford (Royal Farm Beach) won the 15-16 400m dash with a US#5 clocking of 56.51.

- Penn State ran a blazing race to set the collegiate record with a blistering time of 1:24.70!
- Casimir Loxsom chased Duane Solomon today as Solomon set the American Record in the 600m dash of 1:15.70 in Glasgow, Scotland. Loxsom fell short but got a great consolation prize of 1:15.79, a Collegiate Record!

- Erin Finn (MI) won the Junior 4k championships with a time of 14:09 over Canada's Madeline Yungblut, 14:18. Samantha George (MO) was 5th with a time of 14:29. Bobbie Burgess (IN) was 11th with a time of 15:08.
- Estevan De La Rosa (CA) was 2nd in the Junior 6k championships with a time of 19:13. Mexico's Edgar Garcia won the race overall in 19:10. Andrew Gardner (WA) was 9th with a time of 19:26.
