Liberty Bell casts a very large shadow. You'd be tempted to think that it casts a shadow over all other things on the third weekend of the cross country season. But, that's not quite true as we'll see as we review this week's cross country meet action. You might be surprised at what people did in places other than Littleton.
The Adams City Invitational is small as cross country meets go, and even as Tuesday meets. With the demise to the Chatfield Challenge, there really are no more mega Tuesday meets left in Colorado. A couple of Thursday meets are holding tough, but Tuesday meets have largely become cozy little contests with ten or fewer teams.
