Key(s) to the success of your team –
Girls - We have talent and a lot of hard workers. The key is going to be to stay positive, unified and healthy. We need to perform well at the Bob Firman Invitational in September, and be ready for the state meet and NXN Southwest meet.
Boys - We need to stay hungry and focused. We have a lot of great senior leaders, a lot of experience, and have had a great track season and summer. We need some of the younger guys to step up and continue to push and challenge our veterans.

Your favorite meet(s) –
Murray Invite, Bob Firman Invitational (Boise, ID), Utah State Championships, NXN Regionals and Nationals.

What you most love about cross country -  The teamwork; the challenging courses.

Teams you most enjoy competing against -
Girls - American Fork, Ogden, Skyline
Boys - American Fork, Mountain View, North Central WA

Team goals for the season –  Boys and girls state titles; qualify both teams for NXN; enjoy the journey.
