Team Spotlight - Academy of the Holy Names (NY) Girls

This interview features the Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, New York) girls cross country team; responses by head coach Carlo Cherubino.  Holy Names was fifth in the tough NXN New York regionals in 2011.  But returning their top six runners and adding outstanding transfer Estela Smith, they could challenge Fayetteville-Manlius and Saratoga Springs at the top in New York; and that means they could challenge at the top nationally as well.

Team goals for the season –  Try to win Sectionals and qualify for NY State Championships as a team.
