Foot Locker finalist, Grace Tinkey from GA moved into the top spot with a series of sub-18 clockings and an undefeated record in 2011. Big movers were also evident from DE and WI. Julie Macedo (DE) blasted a 16:53 5k in New Jersey to move into the number two spot while Molly Seidel (WI) ran a 13:19 for 4k which is one of the fastest 4k times recorded to move into the third spot. Also moving into the rankings is Jordyn Colter (CO), the super-frosh who has been impressive in-state and out of state as well. Full updates on each athletes recent accomplishments are below. The US#1 slot belongs continues to belong to Edward Cheserek (St. Benedict's Prep, NJ) as he set an impressive course record at the Garret Mountain course in NJ with a 14:53 clocking. The old record was 15:15. Futsum Zeinasellassie (IN) continues at US#2, but it is a VERY close second as he blasted a 14:36 5k to defeat sub-9 two miler Jason Crist by 50 seocnds!
