Training: 10 times a 700 meters….the first 600 meters being an up-hill
Where: Spiez, Rueschtwald

Well, it is gorgeous here. The weather has been really nice and the leaves are beautiful, it really looks like fall already with a lot of leaves on the ground.

Training: 2 hour long run in the rain
Where: Around Thun, Heimberg, Oppligen and god knows where else….
Quotes: "Why don't you guys chat a little bit?" Fritz to me and Astrid and Miriam because we were so quiet….
