Millrose Games Trials, NY: The girls mile was loaded with talent as 6 athletes broke the 5 minute barrier. Lindsay Crevoiserat, Glastonbury CT, won with a US#1 time of 4:49.53. Hot on her heels with a US#2 time was Samantha Nadal, North Shore NY, who ran 4:50.93. Molly McNamara, Red Bank Catholic NJ, was 3rd in 4:54.79. Benjamin Cardozo, NY, ran the fastest 4x400 of the day, winning the PSAL race with a quick US#1 time of 3:46.95. Medgar Evers Prep, NY, was 2nd with a US#2 time of 3:47.69. The boys mile was equally as talented with 8 runners under 4:20 for the full mile. Tim Luthin, Warwick Valley NY, won the race with a US#2 time of 4:15.37 in a finish that saw the top-3 finish within 3-hundredths of a second. Mike Mazzaccaro, Christian Brothers Academy NJ, was 2nd in a US#3 time of 4:15.38 and Owen Skeete, Westbury NY, was 3rd in a US#4 time of 4:15.39. Middletown NY has the fastest boys 4x400 time of the day with a US#2 clocking of 3:20.16.

Molloy Stanner Games, NY: Meet summary here | Samantha Nadal, North Shore NY, just days off of her 4:50 mile won the 3000 meter run in an Armory facility record of 9:41.36, which also happens to be the fastest time in the country so far this season. Jordan Yamoah, Arlington NY, keeps getting higher as he broke his own NY state pole vault record for the third time this season with a clearance of 17-01.

Air Force Indoor Invitational, CO Dior Hall, won the 60 meter hurdles with a brisk US#1 time of 8.51. Kami Mendez, Denver East CO, finished 2nd with a US#2 8.53. Jasmine Todd, Chandler AZ, broke the meet record in the long jump with a 19-00.50 jump for a US#2. Teammate Hannah Carson threw the shot put for a US#3 throw of 44.5. Carson also won the high jump with a jump of 5-4, missing a 5-7 jump by a heal. Danielle Williams, Eaglecrest CO, jumped 38-9.75 in the triple jump for a US#8. Williams holds the US#5 (39-4.5) spot in the triple jump. MaryBeth Sant, Valor Christian CO, won the 60 meter dash with a US#2 time of 7.50 followed by Christine Scott, Mullen CO, who finished in 7.69 for a US#6 and Jasmine Todd for a 7.75 US #8. Marcus Harris, Eaglecrest CO, moved into the US#1 spot in the 60 meter dash with a time of 6.86. Trey Richardson, George Washington CO, won the boys triple jump with a US#7 jump of 46-9. Nolan Mayhew, Cheyenne CO, finished first in the 400 meter dash in 48.83 for a US#2 time. Chris Sterling, Sierra CO, finished 2nd in 49.90 with a US#10 time.

Arkansas High School Invitational, AR: Nixon 60H race video | Gunnar Nixon, Santa Fe OK, blasted a US#1 time of 7.99 in the 60 meter hurdles. In the boys mile run Caleb Hoover, College Heights Christian MO, won with a US#6 time of 4:16.64. Daniel Everett, Westminster Christian Academy MO, was 2nd with a US#9 time of 4:17.12. Hoover doubled back in the 3000 meter run, winning impressively with a US#1 time of 8:43.47. Andrew Irwin, Mount Ida AR, won the pole vault with a US#1 tie of 17-01. Irwin then skipped to 17-7 to give it a go, but missed on all three attempts. The pole vault is getting exciting already indoors! More to come.
Monmouth vs. Rider, NJ: While this was a college meet 800 meter talent Ajee Wilson, Neptune NJ, hopped into a mixed race and ran a nation-leading time of 2:07.45 to finish 5th, 1st female.
NJSIAA State Relay Champs, NJ: Group 4: Mark Jones, Summit NJ, cleared 7-00 in the high jump for US#2! In the boys DMR Livingston NJ won with a nation-leading time of 10:23.36, led by anchor Jeramy Elkhaim. Washington Township NJ won the girls DMR with a US#2 time of 12:16.61. Washington Township and Columbia NJ girls pushed each other to top national times with Washington Township winning with a US#3 time of 4:13.25 and Columbia at US#4 with a 4:13.71 clocking.
