New to the rankings is Molly McNamara from NJ who had a phenomenal race at the Ocean County Park Invitational running a blazing 17:14 time to break the course record of 17:19 previously set by Jill Smith.
The Colorado State Meet brings a shift in the lead as Kelsey Lakowske wins the State Meet while Eleanor Fulton (US#4) and Erin Hooker battle for second place.
Out of California Catrina McAlister is back in top racing form as she blew away the field at the Apache Invitational with a time of 16:25.

Boys Rankings
We are in the midst of the State Championship season now and the harriers are letting it all out. US#1 Futsum Zeinasellassie, North Central IN, continues his romp on Indiana, winning the state title over numerous other talented runners with a time of 15:16.6. US#2 Ammar Moussa, Arcadia CA, continues to roll, winning the Apache Invite with a time of 14:13 for 3 miles as Arcadia recorded a 14:28.9 team average, the best ever!
Four newcomers clawed their way into the rankings this week with the highest ranking coming from the newly-minted US#12 Martin Hehir, Washingtonville, NY. While always on the radar, he came on big this week at the OCIAA Championships, running a time of 15:02.14 for the win. At #19 is Mike Mazzacarro, the leader of the Harrier #11 Christian Brothers Academy Squad from NJ. Mazzacarro won the Shore Coaches Champs race with a 15:01 5k. Coming in at #20 is Anthony Armstrong from Kamaikan WA, who set a course record at the Big 9/GSL 3A Champs race of 14:47.2, before US#13 Andrew Gardner took it back with a 14:44. US#25 Nathan Weitz, Shadle Park WA, is making a second-coming in the rankings, running a narrow 2nd to Armstrong with a time of 14:47.6. It should be noted that North Cental WA standout Ben Johnston ran 15:23 to win the big 9/GSL meet last year.
