From Missouri hails Colleen Quigley, Nerinx Hall MO, who has been lighting up MO all fall but most recently won her District meet by nearly 90 seconds with a time of 18:21 for 5000 meters. And in Ohio Carly Hamilton, Springboro OH, rolled to a 17:54.10 to win her District champs.
And Molly Seidel, University Lake WI, who runs an unorthodox distance to most of the US, moved up 3 spots after setting a new PR at 4k with a time of 13:42.40.

Boys Rankings
The top of the rankings couldn't be any closer with each harrier firing on all cylinders as we enter the post-season. Futsum Zeinasellassie, North Central IN, rolled in his Semi-State champs to a winning time of 14:51, and will remain #1 for another week. Ammar Moussa, Arcadia CA, moves into the 2nd spot after tieing the Mt. SAC course record with a blazing time of 14:24 in the Team Sweeps race. However, the margin is by the slimmest of threads, as Elias Gedyon, Loyola CA, won the Individual Sweeps race in a more tactical fashion for a winning time of 14:26.
There were also a few newcomers in the boys rankings with Samuel Pons, South Pasadena CA, debuting at #7 after finished just behind Gedyon with a time of 14:30. And from the tiny state of Rhode Island came a big performance from Robert Allen, Cranston West RI, who took down Andrew Springers 15:31 course record at the Bronco Invite with a time of 15:27.79.
