Willie Williams College Invitational: Hannah Carson, Chandler AZ, won the javelin with a huge US#1 throw of 158-7.5.
Texas Southern Relays: Galena Park Northshore TX won a quick 4x200 with a time of 1:28.09. Three others were under 1:29. Lancaster TX won the 4x400 with a time of 3:18.07 (2 others under 3:20) and the SMR with a time of 3:32.50. Dartwan Bush, Freeport TX, won the shot put with a mark of 62-5.5. Houston Lamar TX went 1:39.52 in the 4x200 while Lancaster TX rolled to a 3:51.20 4x400 clocking over Houston Westbury TX, 3:52.17. Long jumpers held their won with a 19-1 by A'Lexus Brannon, Beaumont Ozen TX, and a 23-3 by DeAndrew White, Galena Park TX. Taylor Houston, Fort Bend Elkins TX, won the 300 meter hurdles with a quick 43.98 while Diamond Dixon, Houston Westside TX, won the 400 with a 56.05.
Southeastern Relays: Nick Farrell, McGill-Toolen Catholic AL, has now crested 16' with a US#3 vault of 16-0.
Charleston HS Indoor Boys Invite: Zach Riley, Herrin IL, won the high jump with a US#1 leap of 7-1. Cody Klein, Sparta IL, won the pole vault with a mark of 16-00.
Foster Perry Relays: Jason Lee, Northside LA, ran a quick 20.68 to get to the US#1 spot in the country for 200 meters.
Brownwood Bluebonnet Relays: Lawrance Brownfield, Abilene Cooper TX, won the 200 meter dash with a US#2 time of 20.93.
Fast 100's in the South: At the Rolla Buck Qualifier Miguel Edwards, El Paso Irvin TX, ran a 10.31 to take over the #1 spot in the nation, while Quinnterrie Augustine, Comeaux LA, won the 100 with a US#2 time of 10.39 at the Oil City Relays.
Phoenix HS Classic: Freshman Foot Locker finalist Wesley Frazier, Ravenscroft NC, pulled double duty with a 5:01.93 1600 clocking and a 10:46.52 3200 meter clocking.
Spartanburg Viking Relays: Brandon Sanders, (Photo by John Olson) Dreher SC, ran a hand-timed 10.2 for a tie of the US#1 spot with a 10.44 clocking after the conversion. 100 meter race video here.
Coaches Classic @ Georgia Tech: Brookwood GA won the 4x1600 meter relay with a state record time of 17:20.26. Jackson Wearn led off in 4:22, Sean Brennan ran a 4:25, Tyler Anyan ran a 4:16, and then Carter Hewitt closed it out with a 4:16 anchor split. They also won the 4x800 with a time of 7:55.93. David Smith, Lovejoy GA, and Braylon Williams, Walton GA, both cleared 6-10 in the high jump with Smith taking the win.
Wake Forest Open: 13-year-old Alana Hadley, NC, finished 2nd in the Women's 5000 meter run with an incredible time of 17:09.38! (Photo by Jeff Siner) NCRunners story here.
Lancaster Meet of Champions: Kenneth Minkah, Desoto TX, and Tyler Stephenson, Lancaster TX, both ran 13.75 for the 110 meter hurdles in Texas! Desoto boys ran a swift 41.95 for the 4x100 meter relay and a 1:27.43 for the 4x200 meter relay.
Oshkosh HS Invitational: Taylor Wardell, Appleton East WI, won the 1600 with a time of 4:14.77 in one of the final indoor meets of the season.
Bob Hayes Invitational: Octavious Freeman, Lake Wales FL, ran a blistering 11.30 PR for a US#1 in the 100 meter dash and also went 23.97 in the 200, both run on a windy Florida day.
Jerry Arnold Georgia Challenge: Tyler Anyan, Brookwood GA, and Ty McCormack, North Hall GA, ripped a fast early season 3200 with Tyler winning 9:08.14 to 9:08.38. Malcolm Davis, Norcross GA, goes high with a 6-8 high jump. Anna Bowles, Lakeside Evans GA, posted a solid double with a 5:10.73 1600 win and a 10:56.46 3200 win.
Richardson Invitational: Chelsey Sveinsson, Greenhill TX, rips an early season 1600 with a 4:52.09 clocking.
OATCCC Ohio State Indoor Track & Field Championships: Colby Alexander, Strongville OH, won the 1600 meter dash with a fast 4:09.53 for a US#1 indoor.
Bolles Bulldog Classic: Colin Barker, Bishop Kenny FL, won the 1600 in 4:14.95 and the 3200 in 9:14.46 for a very solid double.
Lady Tarpon Invitational: Kathryn Fluehr, Community School of Naples FL, won the 1600 meter run in 5:01.79 and Erika Fluehr won the 3200 with a time of 10:34.51.
McGill-Toolen Catholic Invitational: Nick Farrell, McGill-Toolen AL, won the pole vault with a leap of 15-7.
Lewisville Goldsmith Relays: Craig Lutz, Marcus TX, posted a solid double with a 4:15.80 1600 and a 1:55.60 800. Connor Adams, Flower Mound TX, was 2nd in the 1600 with a 4:17.90. Kim Kirby, Coppell TX, double on the girls side with a 10:57.60 3200 and a 2:17.70 800.
St. Francis Invitational: The 800 meter run was the race to watch at the St. Francis Invitational in California. Philip MacQuitty from Palo Alto HS won the event in 1:52.40 for a US#1. Nathan Strum, Pioneer HS, took 2nd in 1:53.30 US#2 with Kyle Mcnulty, Scotts Valley High, finishing 3rd US#6. Alyssa Monteverde, Clovis West HS, won the 300 meter hurdles in 43.96 US#5. Chizoba Okodogbe, Deer Valley HS, moved into US#3 in the 400 meter dash with a time of 55.24. Jillian Weir, Homestead HS, won the discus event with a US#3 throw of 145-2. Nonnie Okwelogu, Clovis West, took 2nd with 138-5.
California Relays: Serra CA boys won the 4x400 with a quick time of 3:17.13. Fresh off their National Scholastic Indoor Championship 4x200 win, the Polytechnic CA girls were at it again finishing the 4x200 prelims in an outdoor US#8 1:40.98, and the 4x400 with a time of 3:52.28. Long Beach Wilson finished second clocking a 1:41.45. West Ranch CA moved into US#1 in the Distance Medley Relay with a 12:03.81. Polytechnic finished second for a US#2 12:04.81. Long Beach Wilson CA won the Sprint Medley Relay for a US#4 4:12.59. The Polytechnic boys won the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:27.12 and a US#2. La Serna won the boys Sprint Medley Relay for a US#1 3:32.28. Dana Hills CA, also moved into US#1 with a time of 10:16.81 in the Distance Medley Relay.

Irvine Invitational: Ammar Moussa, Arcadia CA, won the 3200 in a World XC tune-up with a time of 9:14.20. Harrison Steed won the high jump with a leap of 6-8. Catrina Mcalister, Arcadia, had an amazing double with a 4:59.10 1600 and a 10:29.60 3200 meter run.
Bronco Invitational: Thomas Hart, St. Augustine CA, blasts a 181-7 for US#1 in the Discus. Molly Grabill (photo on right by Dennis McClanahan), Rancho Bernardo CA, won a quick 1600 over Megan Morgan (photo on left by Dennis McClanahan), Torrey Pines CA, 4:55.60 to 4:57.95. Darren Fahy, La Costa Canyon CA, won the 3200 with a time of 9:17.00.
Mater Dei Vs Orange Lutheran Dual Meet: Michael Woepse, Mater Dei CA, does it again and remains in the US#1 spot by clearing 17-6 in the Pole Vault at a dual meet.
