With the outdoor track and field season now heading into the final stretch for the southern states, and the north ramping right up, it's the perfect time to update the COROS MileSplit50 Girls Individual Outdoor Track and Field Rankings. These rankings provide an exclusive look at the nation's top athletes, highlighting those who have made their mark this season.
These past two weeks saw many more States join the State Championship portion of the Season, with many athletes focusing their efforts over multiple events. It produces legendary weekends, but not as many standout singular performances. Still, there were some efforts to note that moved athletes way up the ranks.

A Closer Look at the COROS MS50 Rankings
10. Natalie Dumas (Eastern Regional, NJ)
The Junior from New Jersey had a breakout weekend at her Sectional Championship. She put two Sydney McLaughlin State Records on notice, as she saw a two-second improvement to tie McLaughlin's Record of 51.87 in the 400m, and then went US #2 in the 400H at 58.37. Dumas is currently NJ-4 All-Time in the latter event, and US #13 All-Time in the prior.
