Last week's Shawnee Mission North Relays turned the Kansas leaderboard on its head, as it often does. The meet is a great lead-in to what should be a fun week of league and conference meets on tap!

Shout out to last week's poll winner: Mill Valley's Kaidence Alston! Alston had the top triple jump mark of the weekend at Gardner-Edgerton, nearly clearing 40 feet for the first - 39-0.5. She will be a part of the end of season Performer of the Year coming soon!

Delia Gregory - Blue Valley North - Gregory finally lands on our poll after weeks of dominating in the 100, 200, 400, and even 800 meter runs. Last week, she swept the 100, 200, and 400 at the Shawnee Mission North Relays, running outstanding times of 11.62 (a personal best), 23.94, and 54.20.

Charlotte Hardy - Shawnee Mission East - Hardy has also enjoyed a stellar 2025 campaign and posted one of the top 3200 marks of the week. She ran 10:42.19, a personal best, for the win in a strong field at the Shawnee Mission North Relays.

Reagan Wirtz - Ellinwood - Wirtz continued her strong start to her high school career with wins at the Ellinwood Invitational in the 100, 200, and long jump. Her 12.18 best in the 100 leads 2A, while her 25.70 mark was just off the 25.24 she ran last weekend and 18-8 jump is also just off the 18-9.75 mark she posted last weekend. She leads 2A in all three events.

Elena Ginie - Olathe North - Ginie won her 6th pole vault gold of the season in 7 tries so far, climbing up to 11-10 to win the Shawnee Mission North Relays. She leads 6A in the event now.

Kalyn Washburn - Hodgeman County - Washburn heaved another missile in the Javelin at Friday's Dighton Invitational, throwing over 144 feet for the third time this season. She is still second both in 1A and the entire state, behind only Jesse Hoover of Washington County who hit 158-0 on Thursday.
