With the largest event in Pennsylvania wrapping up this weekend with Penn Relays and many other invitationals, I wanted to take a look at the top athletes from the past week. With all relays having new state-leading marks and Downingtown West breaking the state record in the 4x400. With districts and states just a few weeks away and the season heating up, this is make-or-break time for some of these athletes to make a shot at the postseason.
