Dillard's Alexia Reid leads the state in the girls' 400mH with a 59.51.  The most improved 400mH girl from 2024 to 2025 is Alexis Sutton of Miami Northwestern HS. Sutton has improved from her best 400mH in 2024 by an impressive 13.5 seconds.  She ran 1:20.95 in 2024, and so far this year, she has dropped her time to 1:07.45.
