---
The Penn Relays aren't just an American tradition-they're an international showcase of speed, precision, and relay dominance. Nowhere is that more evident than in the boys' and girls' 4x100m and 4x400m relays, where the past decade has delivered some of the most electric performances in meet history.
On the boys' side, Calabar High School from Jamaica was untouchable in the late 2010s, carving out a dynasty with blazing baton passes and world-class anchors that left crowds in awe. The green and black became a symbol of power on the Franklin Field oval.
For the girls, Jamaica's Hydel High School made their mark with unforgettable performances in 2017 and 2022, showcasing the depth and dominance of Jamaican sprinting with relay squads that were both technically sound and flat-out fast.
And most recently, Bullis School (MD) has risen to the top on the U.S. side, with their 2024 girls' squad returning to defend their title after laying down one of the fastest times in meet history.
From Kingston to Maryland and beyond, here's a look at the Best of the Decade in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays. The names. The times. The legacy.
