Girls
Track- Jane Hedengren
Jane Hedengren etched her name into the history books with a truly unforgettable performance, earning her the title of Athlete of the Meet. Competing in the Women's 2 Mile Invitational, she clocked an incredible time of 9:34.12, with a blazing 9:30.68 en route split for the 3200m.
Both of these marks are not just meet-leading-they are national records, showcasing her brilliance on the track. Representing Timpview (UT), Jane's performance solidifies her spot at the top of the national distance leaderboard and cements her legacy in high school track history.
Field- Kaeli Powe
Kaeli Powe had an incredible performance at the meet! Not only did she jump 41-06 (12.66m) in the Women's Triple Jump Invitational, which was the farthest jump at the entire meet, but that mark also ranks as the #5 triple jump in the nation this season. Her dominance in the field events, along with her contributions on the track in the 4x100m and 4x200m relays for Cherokee Trail (CO), earned her the well-deserved title of Athlete of the Meet.
In addition to her triple jump, she also leaped 18-10 (5.75m) in the long jump and helped her team clock impressive times of 1:40.28 in the 4x200m Invitational and 48.18 in the 4x100m Open. A truly standout all-around performance!
Boys
Track- Brandon Arrington
Brandon Arrington showcased his elite sprinting talent at the invitational meet, capturing first place in both the 100m and 200m events. He clocked a swift 10.32 seconds in the Men's 100m Invitational with a +1.4 m/s wind, then turned heads with a blazing 20.35 seconds in the 200m-currently the fastest time in the U.S. for the 2025 season. His 200m performance broke the previous Arcadia Invitational record of 20.48, set by Olympian Noah Lyles. Representing Mt. Miguel as a junior, Brandon's dominant double victory earned him the prestigious Athlete of the Meet honor.

Field- Simon Rosselli
Simon Rosselli of Mead (WA) unveiled a phenomenal display of strength and skill at the Men Discus Invitational, solidifying his place among the nation's elite throwers. With a remarkable series that included throws of 206-5 (62.92m), 209-9 (63.93m), 215-7 (65.71m), and a standout mark of 218-7 (66.62m), Simon not only took first place but also catapulted himself to U.S. #7 all-time in high school discus history. His consistency and ability to bounce back from fouls with massive throws demonstrate elite-level composure and talent. For this dominant display, Simon was deservedly named Athlete of the Meet.
