Let's take a look back on the top relay teams from 2024. Projecting out the top relay teams for 2025 is a difficult task when we may be unsure who was on which relay last season, who will run each relay this season, and which athletes who ran last season will be gone in 2025 either due to graduation or another reason. Sometimes, teams may have relay specialists who may not have shown their full potential in the open events.
Projecting relays is a tough task and we won't take a stab at it this year. But we can take a look back at an impressive 2024 season in the three core relay events.
