Surrey, BC's Praise and Divine Aniamaka have emerged as two of Canada's top triple jumpers, making a name for themselves in the NCAA. Coming from the BC track and field community, where they dominated the high school ranks while competing for Pacific Academy, the brothers have continued to rise at the collegiate level. From breaking records to winning medals on the international stage, their success is a testament to the talent developed within British Columbia.
Praise Aniamaka | Purdue University
A former U-18 Canadian indoor triple jump record holder (15.00m), Praise has built an impressive resume since joining Purdue. Now a senior, he has established himself as one of the top triple jumpers in the NCAA:
Big Ten Bronze Medalist in the triple jump (2023)
Broke the Canadian U-20 record with a 15.89m jump
Member of Team Canada at the 2022 U20 World Championships (15.23m, 15th place)

In 2025, Praise has already jumped 16.14m (52-11.50) indoors, ranking him second in the Big Ten and 10th in the NCAA. With the Big Ten Indoor Championships approaching (Feb 28 - Mar 1), he will be looking to improve his mark and make a push for All-American status again.
