This weekend's weather wasn't as good as it was last weekend, but the performance were just about as good or better.
In the sprints, it was Lancaster once again breaking out and looking like they were prepared for the start of the 2025 outdoor track and field season.
Lily Pierrot (Lancaster) was again one of the top performers in the 100m with her 11.69 run. Her teammate Saniyah Miller (Lancaster) showed her form that won her last year's UIL 5A 200m state title as she went 23.70. Celeste Robinson (Houston Cyp. Ranch) wasn't too far behind the pace with her 23.73 run.
In the 400m, it was more Lancaster leading the way with Datavia Hunter (Lancaster) at 54.66 and Milan Lathan (Lancaster) at 54.91 both turning in the top two 400m runs.
There were four girls who ran 2:13s in the 800m Hailey Johnson (Montgomery Lake Creek), Taryn Bailey (DeSoto), Adeline Bennett (Flower Mound), and Meredith Wolfe (Round Rock).
