Miami Northwestern senior Tyra Cox was impressive last year at the FHSAA 3A Championships.  She won the trifecta taking the 100m in 11.47, the 200m in 23.24, and the 400m in 52.26.  She also won the Nike Outdoor Nationals 400m with a 52.65.
