NHSTFXCCA XC All American Registration is now Open

AUSTIN, Texas -- Following a successful soft launch during the 2024 track season, MileSplit, a division of FloSports, in collaboration with the National High School Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (NHSTFXCCA), is excited to announce that registration is now open for eligible All-Americans in high school cross country. This joint initiative marks the official start of the first full season of All-American recognition across cross country, indoor, and outdoor track. The collaboration highlights MileSplit's commitment to providing the technology, system, and database support necessary to ensure the success of this prestigious program led by the NHSTFXCCA.

Since its inception in 2001, MileSplit has been a cornerstone platform for scholastic track and field and cross-country registration, results, and meet coverage across the United States. With a database boasting over 95 million individual athlete performances, MileSplit offers the most comprehensive and accurate collection of athletic data nationwide.

"We're thrilled to support the NHSTFXCCA in launching this full-season All-American program for cross country," said Alonso Rodriguez, Director of Business Development at MileSplit. "Our role is to provide the technology and platform to ensure the success of this initiative, and we're proud to help recognize the incredible accomplishments of high school athletes nationwide. This partnership reinforces our commitment to supporting the sport and the efforts of organizations like the NHSTFXCCA."

NHSTFXCCA President Matt Henson said: "I am excited about the response to the soft launch during track season. We considered it a "beta" season because we had some kinks to work out but as of Oct. 1, we are ready to go full speed with XC, into indoor and outdoor.  Look for some cool info on the 2024 T&F AA's soon!."

NHSTFXCCA Vice President Paul Baur added: "This past track season we recognized almost 900 All-Americans from 25 states and look forward to continuing the program this Cross Country season.  We're excited to be the only program to recognize their achievements during their school season and continue to help encourage athletes and their coaches to dream big and set big goals. "

In order to be eligible for All-American consideration, athletes' qualifying performances must be included in MileSplit's database. As a result, all meet results must be submitted to MileSplit to ensure accurate verification of eligible athletes.

With registration now open, MileSplit and the NHSTFXCCA invite eligible athletes, parents, and coaches to register qualified athletes for this prestigious All-American designation.
