Mackenzie Roy, Spruce Creek (Fla.): The Spruce Creek senior smashed the New World Fall Spectacular meet record 5K time by 27 seconds, running a new PR of 17:14 which now ranks at the #1 time in Florida this season. 

Luke Alverson, James Clemens HS (Ala.): Alverson set a blistering new PR at the Randolph Invitational, winning with a time of 14:35.52 and winning by 5 seconds over Jack Bowen in matchup of some of the best runners in the region. His time now ranks #11 nationally this season. 

Lilly Beshears, Rogers (Ark.): The star junior for Rogers lit up the course at the Van Buren Classic, winning by over a minute and a half with a time of 17:14.05 and running her second fastest 5K of the season. 

Aiden Monistere, Parkview Baptist (La.): Monistere set the course on fire at the Watson High School Cross Country Classic where he set a new personal best 5K time of 14:33.90, winning by 55 seconds and running this season #7 5K time nationally. 

Katy Zang, Teays Valley (Ohio): The star Ohio junior stayed undefeated on the season by winning her district championship with a time of 17:10.53, moving up from 8th place at last years meet. She has now won 7 meets this season and has run under 17:18 in all 7 meets. 

Isabella Keller, Effingham (Ill.): Keller stayed undefeated at the 3-mile distance this year, winning the Trojan Classic with a new PR of 15:39.81, a personal best of 47 seconds at the 3-mile distance and #5 time nationally for the distance this season.
