It's the final day of Nike Outdoor Nationals here at Hayward Field!

Girls 400m Hurdles: Morgan Herbst of ProCaliber (CA) kicked off the day with a new US No. 4 mark of 58.22. Ella Bahn of Trojan (PA) finished runner-up, clocking 58.95 - US No. 7. In third was Jasmine Robinson of The Heat (GA) in 59.81. 

Boys 400m Hurdles: Vance Nilsson of Arizona Flames crossed the line in 51.54 to earn the championship. In second was Neil Howard III of East Chatham (NY) who ran 51.91. Spencer Van Orden of Pocatello (ID) clocked 51.94 to place third. 

Girls 4x100: Bartlett (NC) put together a new season best and ran to victory in 47.41. In second was Granada Hills (CA) in 47.52, while Walla Walla (WA) ran 47.87 to place third. 

Boys 4x100: Lighthouse (ID) threw down a 41.72 for the win. Meanwhile, Canby (OR) finished runner-up in 41.94, while Snow Canyon (UT) clocked 42.34 for third. 

Girls 200: In a new US No. 2 time of 22.82, Celeste Robinson of Cypress (TX) earned her way to the title. In second, with a US No. 11 time, Rachel O Uvieghara of Dunedin (FL) clocked 23.17. Maira Scott of Maumee (OH) ran 23.38 for third. 

Boys 200: Defending champion Maurice Gleaton of Quicksilver (GA) ran to a new US No. 7 time of 20.61 to take the win. Jordan Coleman of Granada Hills (CA) finished in 20.96 for second, while Kendrick Jones Jr. of Temple (TX) ran 21.00 for third. 

Girls 1 Mile: All top three finishers ran top US 25 times. Jane Hedengren of Timpview (UT) won the event, running 4:38.50. In second with a time of 4:44.06 was Elizabeth Leachman of San Antonio (TX), while Sophia Bendet of Celerity Performance (TX) finished closely behind for third in 4:44.16. 

Boys 1 Mile: Seth Norder of Grand-Haven (MI) threw down a US No. 7 time of 4:02.20 for the win. Running 4:02.81 for US No. 9, Joseph Jourdon of Holladay (UT) placed second. In third was Thomas Latham of Johns Creek (GA) who clocked 4:03.09 - US No. 11. 

Boys High Jump: Scottie Vines of Palisade (CO) cleared 2.16m (7-01.00) for the win. In second was Julian McCullough of Waxahachie (TX) who cleared 2.11m (6-11.0), while Sam Snitker of Spring Valley (MN) cleared 2.06m 6-09.00 for third place. 

Boys Triple Jump: Xavier Drumgoole of Round Rock (TX) marked down 15.28m (50-01.75) to take the title. Jayden Thrower of Mont Belvieu (TX) finished runner-up, jumping 15.09m (49-06.25). Meanwhile, Reece Grosserode of Lincoln (NE) marked 14.93m (48-11.75) to place third. 

Boys Javelin: The top three finishers all threw US top 15 marks. Paul Catalanatto Jr. of Baton Rouge (LA) won the event, throwing 67.84m (222-07). In second was Bronson Krainak of The Javelin Factory (PA), marking 64.28m (210-10), while Isaiah Reese of Phillips Exeter (NH) threw 61.95m (203-03) for third place. 

Girls Hammer Throw: Mary Ella Brooks (CO) tossed 173-6 to claim the national title, adding to her indoor win in 2023. Kimberly Beard was second in 173-6, while Gurleen Mander was third in 166-8.

Girls High Jump: Karsyn Leeling (NE) cleared the competition, and six-feet, winning the title with a 6-0 clearance. Caroline Mauro took the runner-up spot in 5-10.75.

Girls Long Jump: Brooklyn Lyttle (VA) and Sydnee Burr (TX) took this down to the inches. Lyttle claimed the title in 19-11.5 to Burr's 19-10.25. Loren Webster was third in 19-7.

Girls Javelin: Hayden Williams-Downing (OR) claimed the title with a throw of 162-10. Malia Cabuyaban was a close second in 159-2, which was just ahead of Addison Throckmorton's 158-5. 

Girls 4x400: Miami Northwestern TC (FL) ran away with the national title, running 3:43.44. Lovejoy TC (TX) took second in 3:47.76, while South Lakes TC (VA) took third in 3:51.19. 

Boys 4x400: Queen Creek TC (AZ) took a photo-finish of a win over Newburgh Elite (NY). Queen Creek ran 3:18.36 over Newburg Elite's 3:18.58. Snow Canyon TC (UT) took third in 3:19.33.
