What can't Quincy Wilson do?
That's the question we should be asking after the Bullis School sophomore clocked the nation's No. 2 time on Friday at the Beach Run Invitational in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Wilson dug into the final 100 meters to pass teammate Colin Abrams, who finished second in 1:51.11.
Wilson pocketed a healthy two-second differential between laps as he opened in 54.44 and closed in 56.01. Abrams, meanwhile, went 52.79 on his first lap, taking the lead, before finishing in 58.32.
Camerin Williams, a senior from Alexis DuPont, was third in 1:51.81.
Bullis returns to action on Saturday with efforts scheduled in the 400m and 4x100, among other events.
