With less than a month to go, the Penn Relays Carnival will set the stage for thousands of athletes and relay teams to compete for a coveted 'Wheel.'
In order to walk away from Franklin Field with the iconic trophy in hand, though, athletes must emerge in a relay event rather than an individual event. The 4x100m is fast and furious and has provided historic head-to-head battles between some of the top American teams of all-time.
This year's rendition of the meet is set to have some of the fastest times yet.
