It was Bullis School and Calabar engaged in an epic preliminary battle last year in the boys 4x400 at The Penn Relays presented by Toyota.
While the Jamaican power took over after the first exchange, Bullis School was holding on, just a few seconds behind.
Then Quincy Wilson got the hand-off.
The then-high school freshman mounted an epic 45.06 anchor split to take the relay in the final stretch, closing it off at 3:14.12 as Bullis School moved on to the Championship of Americas final the following Friday.
"He didn't have to do that.." a baffled FloTrack broadcast stated afterward.
"But he did!"
