VIRGINIA BEACH -- The last event of the day at adidas Track Nationals on Friday inside the Virginia Beach Sports Center finished with a bang.
And it was a showdown between Yorktown Tabb (VA) and Crozet (VA).
With each leg battling against one another, it came down to the anchor positions to finish the show.
In the end, it was Lance Koontz, who grabbed the win for Tabb, finishing off things with a time of 3:42.08, separating by less than a second.
