Berthoud returns a stellar distance crew, led by defending 800 state champ Jaycee Williams.
They have the potential to wrack up points in just about every area - Paige Farnam in the sprints and jumps, Brooke Nelsen in the hurdles, and Audrey Gravestock in the throws.
There aren't many holes on this squad, which will make them difficult to beat.
But that doesn't mean we don't have a competition on hand - Jefferson Academy, Peak to Peak, Liberty Common, last year's champs Alamosa, and Eaton all have stars that could bring the race a little closer.
