Only 18 boys have ever broken 21.00 for 200 meters indoors in high school history.
Bullis sophomore Quincy Wilson nearly made it 19.
At The 61st East Coast Invitational, Wilson made his 2024 debut in the 200m, clocking a blistering time of 21.02, which was an all-time PB and the top time in the country.
It's also a new sophomore class record, breaking the seven-year-old record set by Tyrese Cooper. It also passes a sprinter named Noah Lyles.
Wilson also won the 500m this weekend, crossing in 1:03.24, nearly two seconds back of his nation leading 1:01.27.
