It's been PR season for Sharlyn Ramirez-Castillo thus far this winter, as the Riverdale Baptist (MD) senior has knocked off career best marks in the 400m, 500m and 800m. 

No time has been brighter, however, than her 400m mark of 54.47, which represents a seven-second improvement from her previous best time of 1:01.59 a season ago. 

In fact, she's the most improved girl in the 400m nationally year-over-year.
