*Rachel Forsyth runs away with the Foot Locker Midwest title

Just as she has all year, Ann Arbor Pioneer's Rachel Forsyth stuck to her winning ways and picked up her 12th (yes you read that right) win of the year, this time at the Foot Locker Midwest Regional.
Forsyth kept her foot on the gas and made her way through Wisconsin-Parkside's course in 16:57, 27 seconds ahead of the next finisher.
This was her 11th time running under 17:00, which hasn't happened for her since late August.
Her perfect senior campaign continues for another week, as she's won a state title, NXR, and Foot Locker Regional title in her last three races.
Over the next two weeks, the Michigan State commit will look to win both a pair of national titles at Nike and Foot Locker.
