Olivia Williams said she didn't realize the path she was heading down until her family and providers placed her under an eating disorder treatment plan in 2022, one that saw her placed in a home hospital.
Recently, in a long-ranging sit-down with MileSplit contributor Eric Morford, Williams revealed her journey back to physical and mental health over the end of 2022 and the beginning 2023.
The high school senior from Acalanes High School in Lafayette, California, says she's back to healthy habits and has returned to running this fall.
