The Tavares Middle School boys not only won their program's second ever FLYRA state cross country team title on Saturday at the 2023 FLYRA Middle School State Championships, but posted the fastest team average ever in the meet's history at 10:25 for their first 5 finishers who all finished among the top 15 places in the public schools division race with Omar Castillo (4th, 10:14), Liam Illea (8th, 10:20), Nicholas Alvarez (9th, 10:22), Eric Chen (12th, 10:31), and Emiliano Lozano (15th, 10:37). 

Team results merge from all the middle school boys 3K division races at the 2023 FLYRA State Championships at Holloway Park.
