Ryan Pajak, Ringgold (PA): The Notre Dame commit put together a commanding performance at the Paul Short Run. Pajak won the 5K title in 15:07 and earned a 191 speed rating for his effort.

Landon Heemeyer, Rocky Mountain (ID): At the Gary Ward Invitational in Indiana, Heemeyer led Rocky Mountain to the team title as he was the first runner across the finish line at Lakeview Park with a 15:21 for 5K. Rocky Mountain scored 19 points and finished with a 16:00 average. 

Byron Grevious of Phillips Exeter Academy (NH) and Tamrat Gavenas of Phillips Academy Andover (MA): The standout runners from the northeast finished in a tie at the Black Bear Invitational in New Hampshire with a 15:40 finish. Gavenas led his team to the victory over Phillips Exeter Academy by two points. 

Manny Putz, Onalaska (WI): The junior raced to a season's best of 15:05 for 5K to win the Steve Johnson/Dan Houston Invitational. 

Isaac Rivera, Lincoln College Prep (MO): At the Chile Pepper Festival, Rivera won the race by four seconds as he crossed the finish line in 15:08. 

Haley Loewe, Bentonville (AR): The Tennessee recruit grabbed her first victory of thes eason at the Chile Pepper Festival with a new personal 5K best of 17:03.
