The NXR Northeast Region consists of runners from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
This region is also the home to many standout cross country runners who showcased dominance in 2022.
Emma Zawatski, Ruth White, Logan St. John Kletter, and Pennsylvania's Olivia Cieslak each clocked sub-17:45 for 5K last season. These four ladies return as potential All-Americans for the upcoming year.
