It's one thing to earn one or two All-American honors at the AAU Junior Olympic Games.

It's another to compile 14.

This year Eva Delaney, a competitive swimmer and track runner, earned 14 All-American honors between swimming and track and field events at this year's championships.

The 13-year-old from Florida began her AAU Junior Olympic Games journey in the pool, where she earned 12 medals and set two AAU age group records for the 200m and 400m freestyle.

Later in the week, Delaney hit the track and added two additional pieces of hardware to her collection. She added a silver and bronze medal from the 1,500m and 3K. Along the way, she set two personal bests of 4:49.91 and 10:38.65.

For next year's AAU Junior Olympics, Delaney looks forward to embracing the competition for both swimming and track.
