Florida's Fastest Returning Girls XC Squads

The Ponta Vedra girls may have had a disappointing close to their 2022 cross country with an off day failing to make it on the state meet podium in the 3A race after winning their program's first cross country state title in 2021. However, one consolation is virtually all of their varsity lineup including 5 runners with 5K PR's under 19:30 is back in 2023 for redemption to position themselves as one of Florida's best teams this fall.
