Palm Harbor University junior Rachael Uvieghara blazed to US top 10 wind-legal personal best times of 11.38 in the 100 and 23.22 to claim the FHSAA 4A state titles in both races on Saturday night in Jacksonville against a stellar field of senior stars including Cynteria James of Miami Southridge and Sophie Haag of East Lake.
