Ransom Everglades junior David Serra won the 1600 at the FHSAA 2A Region 4 meet improving his state leading time of the event to 4:09.32 then dropped a 24 second PR to win the 3200 meter run in 9:04.

Boys results merge of all four FHSAA 2A Regionals held on May 3rd.

Athletes and relays highlighted in bold are definite state qualifiers either by automatic qualifying with a top 2 finish or being among the next 10 best performance at-large qualifiers from the regional results merge.

Those highlighted in italics are possible state qualifiers depending on if tiebreakers (next best performance in field event series or times being decided by the thousandth or ten thousandths of a second. If no tie can be broken, none qualify.
