Starting Thursday, Franklin Field will be packed with excitement as the annual Penn Relays Carnival presented by Toyota will be hosted in the city of Philadelphia.
Penn Relays, the country's oldest and largest track and field competition since 1895, will host many of the nation's best athletes in the country in the mile and 3K.
