As we are progressing through the outdoor season, which girls have improved since 2022 in the shot put?
Looking deeply into the MileSplit data, there were nearly 2,000 girls who improved from last spring and about 540 of them had more than 2-7 of improvement.
At the top of the charts, Hailey Lee of Hardee (FL) showcased the most progression as she improved on her 2022 mark by 10-10.5. Gemma Rowland, Ambria Langley, Kinnidi Hampton, Joy Egbuna, and Shelby Speed were other girls this year who threw nine feet further than their mark in 2022.
