We are roughly about one month into the outdoor season. Which girls are leading their state in the 100m and how do they compare nationally?

There are a handful of girls who produced wind-legal times under 12.50 seconds in the 100m. Nine of the states have dipped under 12 seconds flat already this year. Below are the top 20 states in the US and their fastest short sprinters so far in the 100m.
