After winning several FLYRA middle school state titles, Kyra Swart is now making a quick transition to success at the high school level now at Chiles High School in Tallahassee as she owns the top freshmen time in the state for the 100 meter hurdles from her 14.54 victory at the Jesse Forbes Invitational.
