Christopher Columbus junior Alejandro Romagosa had a wire to wire gutsy win in the 3200 at the Louie Bing Invitational on Friday in a time of 9:35. The runner-up to him in Flanagan's Shamar Henry had an even bigger breakthrough moment dropping his 3200 meter time down from 10:14 last spring as a sophomore to 9:38 in his second place showing.
