Skyler Franklin, a freshman at Western High School, dropped two sizzling times in Miami at the Louie Bing Invitational including a nation's best 53.37 PR in the 400 to take first in a hotly contested finals while dropping a wind-aided 23.38 runner-up PR in the 200 finals behind Miami Southridge senior Cynthia James.
