Team Cross Country Nationals makes its return in 2022, and this weekend marks the beginning of the qualifying process as teams and individuals
The competition begins with three regional meets on tap -- the Northwest, Heartland and Midwest.
Looking at the girls fields, the first weekend of Team Nationals action features some of the nation's top-ranked individuals, along with some of the deepest team competitions of all the regionals, all battling for two team and five individual automatic qualifying spots to nationals from each region.
